PROLONGED EMBRYO CULTURE

It is additional to the IVF technique and consists of allowing the embryos to reach the fifth or sixth day of development (blastocyst) to have better morphological selection of embryos.

It is indicated in patients who have undergone previous IVF treatments of women over 38 years of age who have not achieved pregnancy, in addition to patients who have submitted to Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis.
